ENGEL e-victory 440/180 – TIE-BAR-LESS injection moulding machine with hybrid drive: servo-electric clamping unit combined with hydraulic injection.
The tie-bar-less design is the real advantage of this machine. Without tie bars the platen is freely accessible over its full area, moulds wider than on a conventional machine of this size can be fitted, and mould changes as well as part removal from the side become considerably easier.
