Yes. In the large hall in Bielany Wrocławskie, there is a designated area for inspections, repairs, and tests of injection molding machines. This area is equipped with modern testing equipment and high-voltage connections required for machine operation.

After the purchase agreement, EuropNet IMM takes over the entire organization. Customers don’t have to worry about anything – everything runs smoothly and transparently.

19. How does the buyback process begin when a customer wants to sell a machine?

First, our sales department creates a valuation. Then a service technician goes on-site and thoroughly inspects the machine. Subsequently, our team arrives, disconnects the machine, prepares it for transport, loads it, and brings it to our warehouse. The entire process is organized by us. Additionally, we also work for other dealers and handle dismantling and loading of machines.

20. What happens to the machine after arrival in the hall?

It goes to the service area: complete inspection, repairs/upgrades, and final test.

21. When does the machine go on sale?

Only after service completion and passing the final test.

Yes. EuropNet IMM creates well-founded and market-appropriate valuations. Thanks to deep expertise and many years of experience, precise assessments are guaranteed.

The team accompanies the commissioning on-site and ensures that the machine is immediately ready for operation. Training is also offered if needed.

24. Do you offer turnkey delivery?

Yes. We organize loading, transport, unloading, leveling, and commissioning at the customer’s site.

25. Do you offer operator training?

Upon customer request — it’s not standard for every transaction, but we train when needed.

26. What does after-sales support look like?

We provide customers with advice and support even after purchase – although there are no formal guarantees for used machines in the industry.

27. Do used injection molding machines have an official warranty?

That’s not standard in the industry. What sets us apart is that we truly help customers even after the sale when there is a need.

28. What distinguishes you from brokerage companies?

We have actual infrastructure (halls, service, logistics) and our own machine inventory. We don’t rely on “paper” offers.

29. Why doesn’t the number of listings reflect the real scope?

Because many market offers are pure commission or brokerage offers. When a dealer writes that they have 150 machines on offer, in practice this often means only 10-20 own machines and the rest on commission, without ever having seen the machines. EuropNet lists exclusively its own machines that are in our halls and that have been checked after inspections and tests. We also trade commission machines, but we don’t list them publicly, offering them only on request. If we were to also list all commission machines as products, we would have over 200 machines on offer, but the overview and transparency for the customer would be lost.

30. Can I give a machine on commission?

Yes. The machine remains with the customer while EuropNet IMM professionally markets and sells it – this achieves the best possible prices.

31. Does EuropNet IMM offer machine pickup?

Yes. EuropNet IMM organizes the complete logistics on request, including dismantling, transport, and Europe-wide pickup.

32. Who organizes the machine transport?

We organize loading, transport, and unloading completely in-house. Logistics is handled within our company group through Worldplast.

33. Is fast delivery possible?

Yes. Thanks to our own logistics, transports can be carried out reliably on the agreed date. Theoretically, if desired, it would be possible to deliver the machine the next day.

34. Can used machines be viewed on-site?

Yes – interested parties can view the machines, test them under power, and personally convince themselves of the condition.

35. Will the buyer see the machine in operation?

Yes. In our hall, there is a special area with high-voltage connection where we present every machine under power. This allows the customer to assess for themselves how the machine has been overhauled and prepared.

36. Why do you show machines live?

Transparency, customer safety, and customer satisfaction are important to us — demonstration under power minimizes risk.

37. Does EuropNet IMM also perform on-site installations?

Yes. On request, EuropNet IMM takes over the installation at the customer’s site.
