Loading of Wittmann Battenfeld Macro XL 900/8800

We have successfully loaded the Wittmann Battenfeld Macro XL 900/8800 machine.

The loading process was challenging due to the machine’s weight of 46.5 tons and its length exceeding 12 meters. Thanks to meticulous planning and custom solutions, we managed to accomplish this task successfully.

Our experienced team safely unloaded the machine from the truck using a mobile crane and transported it to the designated production site. We conducted thorough risk assessments and employed trained personnel to ensure the highest safety standards. The next steps will include positioning the machine, assembly, and integration of the robots.
